Thanks for helping me out. Sorry but the product is still malfuncitioning. Although in browser at the start screen you can see a memory card with data on it, when playing any types of game when trying to save progress it says that no memory card can be found. which is really confusing. Went annd baught a new memory card and it didnt help either so I belive your system saving technology is broken. Can I please get a refund an send it back to you asap!!
