What a intresting day. I really can't comprehend yet if it was good or bad, it just was. After waking up at 9:00 and feeling like a walking, asleep zombie I got ready and walked over to a meeting at Mugby. Two fellow students and our advisor had a meeting to discuss the deatils of my high school's upcoming drama season. We have a packed year full of great artistic oppurtunities, but there are still some things that could be improved. After SOFA (Save Our Fine Arts) had the discrepancy with the school board. We have lost completly all of our funds and find it hard to fill half, of our alrady small theatre. It is just sad that we have no support whatsoever from our community, when theatre is such a beautiful art. So we sat around with our mufins, coffee and tea discussing what we could do to better to our drama program and got no where. I guess i'll just have to wait and see how this whole year unravels itself.
After the meeting, a freind and I quick ran by ShopCo and picked up some candy for her plane ride the next morning.
And then headed over to the movie theatre to catch a showing of The Ugly Truth at 2:30. I knew I was going to like the movie due to its great previews. The movie was really funny, followed the romantic comedy checklist and never ceased to keep from wanting it to keep on going. With such a talented cast I knew that it couldnt have been a complete flop and for a $6 matinee it was worth the money.
I am going to up to the cities early in the morning, so I should proabably get some rest. Here was some photos from today. Hopefully tomorow goes well.
